Safety

Some of this needs a person, not a website.

This page is short on purpose. If you recognise yourself on it, stop reading and act on it.

Now

If you are thinking about harming yourself, or feel unable to go on, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

Chest pain, breathing difficulty, collapse or a sudden unexplained physical change: emergency services.

This site does not list telephone numbers, because they differ by country. Your local emergency number works everywhere you are.

Grief that has become dangerous

If grief has turned into not wanting to be here, or thinking about joining the person you lost, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line now.

If you cannot eat, sleep or function, or you are drinking to get through the day, talk to your doctor this week.

A doctor, not a website

Low mood that has gone on for weeks. Not leaving the house, or not seeing anyone. Drinking more than you were, or drinking to get through the day. Sleep that has gone. Get it looked at properly by your own doctor.
